As the month of November comes to an end, so too comes the end of National Family Caregivers Month. The first National Family Caregivers Week was celebrated in 2004 by The National Family Caregivers Association, and in 2007, President Clinton signed the first presidential proclamation designating the entire month of November National Family Caregivers Month. Every president since 2004 has continued signing the proclamation recognizing the attributes of caregivers.
