Geoff started out his day riding his bicycle along the Sebastian River, but I decided to go for a run and to work out in the gym – I should be on that bicycle and may still ride later if the winds die down.  It is so much more fun riding when you are not fighting a really strong head wind.

133 Days To Mt. Kilimanjaro – Relaxing On The St. Sebastian River

Some Sunday’s in Sebastian are made for relaxing.  Today it was just one of those days. The weather was stunning as usual this time of the year.  Geoff started his day riding his bicycle and playing a round of tennis with Jack.  I started my day pouring over Parkinson’s research, updating the blog and relaxing with a cup of coffee and my favorite view of the St. Sebastian River.
