Last Saturday morning I awoke to a lovely email from a Williams College Senior. Earlier in the week, this student had read the news release in the North Adams Transcript about the upcoming Parker’s Climb of Mt. Greylock on October 24th to help raise funding for Parkinson’s disease research.

The Williams Senior shared with me me that her father has Parkinson’s disease, and the exciting news is that he too has found exercise to be particularly beneficial in maintaining his health.
